The noodle that we are reviewing here comes from Thailand, the Little Cook Instant Noodles Shrimp Tom Yum Flavor. Before we get started on the review proper, some brief information on the Little Cook brand. Little Cook is the line of instant noodles owned by Namchow (Thailand) Ltd, that is in turn an overseas investment of the Namchow Group in Taiwan. 

The noodle is a standard wheat flour noodle. As with most instant ramen, it is important to make sure that the noodles are not overcooked so that they retain a good al dente texture. The broth is a very hearty hot and sour tom yum. We can clearly taste the shrimp and tamarind in the tom yum broth. It is pleasantly spicy without being overpowering.
